Jagdish Chandra Kapur is an Indian social scientist, entrepreneur and the founder of ''Kapur Surya Foundation'' and ''Kapur Solar Farms''. He did his graduate studies at the Punjab University and secured his Masters degree from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore.
